Background
In January 2020, I entered into an agreed order with the Washington State Department of Health that indefinitely suspended my psychologist credential. The disciplinary matter arose from a romantic relationship with a former client that began after the therapeutic relationship ended but within the period prohibited by professional ethical standards.
In 2023, the Board modified the requirements governing my eligibility to seek reinstatement. I subsequently completed the requirements established by the Board and returned to licensed practice.
I recognize the seriousness of the professional boundary issues underlying the disciplinary action. I completed the remedial requirements established by the Board and have undertaken additional education and professional development related to ethics, professional boundaries, and forensic practice.
This page is retained so that individuals searching for information about my former practice can find both the historical disciplinary information and my current licensure status from accurate sources.
